Delivery and payments

Delivery

Our products are delivered by our own delivery service or, if necessary, by our logistics partners (DPD logistics, UPS, Slovenian Post).
Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Home delivery in 3-5 days.
If payment by bank transfer to Intrade d.o.o.'s account (in accordance with the quotation/proforma invoice) is selected, delivery may be delayed as the order will be forwarded for processing first upon receipt of payment in accordance with the quotation/proforma invoice.
If you are not at the address you gave at the time of delivery, we or our partner company will send you a notification telling you where to pick up the package or who to contact to arrange a new delivery.
An invoice for your order will be included in the package upon delivery.

Postage costs are automatically calculated in the shopping basket and at the checkout according to your location.

Payment methods

Intrade d.o.o. offers the following payment methods:

- transfer to Intrade Ltd's account in accordance with the offer/proforma invoice*
- by debit or credit card (MasterCard®, Visa)
**On receipt of payment in accordance with the quotation/proforma invoice, the order is first sent for processing.
When paying online by credit card, please notify lumeelamp@intrade.si in the event of cancellation of the order or change of payment method by the user due to a credit card chargeback.

Debit/credit cards
The following conditions apply to credit/debit card payments:
- the payer (contact details in the user account) must be the same person or organisation as the owner of the credit or debit card;
- once the order confirmation has been received, no changes can be made to the content of the order or to the final amount of the order, except in exceptional circumstances with the approval of Intrade d.o.o.
